Genel Bilgi
Bu metin, Lens Takip mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullandığınızda kişisel verilerinizin nasıl işlendiğini açıklar ve yasal sorumluluk sınırlarını belirtir. Uygulama tamamen yerel (cihaz üzerinde) çalışacak şekilde tasarlanmıştır.
Toplanan ve İşlenen Veriler
Uygulama aşağıdaki verileri kesinlikle toplamaz, talep etmez veya işlemez:
- Adınız, e-posta adresiniz, telefon numaranız gibi kimlik bilgileri
- Konum bilgisi
- Kamera veya mikrofon erişimi
- Ödeme veya finansal bilgiler
Uygulamaya girdiğiniz lens markaları, lens tipleri ve stok adetleri gibi bilgiler hiçbir şekilde geliştiriciye veya üçüncü taraflara ait uzak sunuculara iletilmez. Bu veriler yalnızca kişisel notlarınız olarak cihazınızda saklanır.
Veri Depolama ve Güvenlik
- Tüm veriler yalnızca cihazınızın yerel veritabanında saklanır.
- Verilerinizin güvenliği, cihazınızın güvenliği ile doğrudan ilişkilidir.
- Uygulama, internet bağlantısı gerektirmez ve kullanmaz.
Android Otomatik Yedekleme
Cihazınızın Google hesabı ayarlarına bağlı olarak Android işletim sistemi, uygulama verilerini Google Drive'a otomatik yedekleyebilir. Bu yedekleme işlemi Google'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir ve geliştirici bu süreç üzerinde herhangi bir kontrole sahip değildir. Bu yedekleme; lens bilgileri, lens kullanım geçmişi ve solüsyon verileri gibi uygulamaya girdiğiniz kişisel notları da kapsayabilir.
Google Play Store Veri Toplama
Uygulamanın Google Play Store üzerinden dağıtımı sırasında Google LLC tarafından kurulum ve kullanım istatistikleri toplanabilir. Bu veriler Google'ın gizlilik politikasına tabidir ve geliştirici tarafından erişilemez.
Cihaz İzinleri
Uygulamanın düzgün çalışabilmesi için aşağıdaki izinler talep edilebilir:

Üçüncü Taraf Erişimi
- Herhangi bir uzak sunucu bağlantısı yoktur.
- Reklam veya analitik SDK bulunmamaktadır.
- Üçüncü taraflarla veri paylaşımı yapılmamaktadır.
Veri Silme ve Saklama Süresi
- Verileriniz uygulamayı kullandığınız sürece cihazınızda saklanır.
- Uygulamayı cihazınızdan sildiğinizde tüm verileriniz geri döndürülemez şekilde kalıcı olarak silinir.
- Uygulama içindeki Ayarlar ekranından da tüm lens ve oturum verilerinizi istediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.
Çocukların Gizliliği
Bu uygulama 18 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcılar içindir. 18 yaşından küçük kullanıcıların uygulamayı kullanması önerilmez. Uygulama herhangi bir kişisel veri toplamadığı için çocukların gizliliğini ihlal edecek bir durum teşkil etmez. Ancak lens kullanımı tıbbi bir konu olduğundan, 18 yaşından küçük kullanıcıların uygulamayı bir veli gözetiminde ve hekim kontrolünde kullanması önerilir.
KVKK Uyumu
Geliştirici hiçbir kullanıcı verisine erişemez ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ile AB Genel Veri Koruma Tüzüğü (GDPR) kapsamında veri sorumlusu konumunda değildir. Tüm veriler yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Kanun kapsamındaki haklarınız için aşağıdaki iletişim adresine başvurabilirsiniz.
Politika Değişiklikleri
Bu Gizlilik Politikası, uygulama güncellemelerine veya yasal mevzuata uyum sağlamak amacıyla zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirim veya güncelleme notları aracılığıyla duyurulacaktır. Güncel politikaya her zaman bu sayfadan erişilebilir.

- Bu uygulama bir sağlık uygulaması değildir ve herhangi bir sağlık otoritesi tarafından onaylanmamış veya sertifikalandırılmamıştır.
- Bu uygulama tıbbi bir cihaz değildir.
- Profesyonel tıbbi tavsiye, teşhis, tedavi veya danışmanlık yerine geçmez.
- Lens kullanım sıklığı, kullanım ömrü ve göz sağlığı konularında tek yetkili merci göz hekiminizdir.
- Hekiminizin talimatları ile uygulama verileri çelişirse, her zaman hekiminizin talimatlarını uygulayınız.
- Kontakt lenslerin hatalı kullanımı; kornea ülseri, ciddi göz enfeksiyonları ve kalıcı görme kaybına yol açabilir. Kullanıcı bu risklerin bilincinde olduğunu kabul eder.
Hatırlatıcı Bildirimlere İlişkin Sorumluluk Reddi
- Uygulama yalnızca hatırlatıcı amaçlıdır; alarm veya güvenlik sistemi değildir.
- Bildirimlerin zamanında veya hiçbir şekilde çalışacağı garanti edilmez.
- Bildirimlerin iletilmesi; pil tasarruf modu, arka plan kısıtlamaları, işletim sistemi güncellemeleri veya teknik hatalar nedeniyle engellenebilir.
- Kullanıcı, lens değişim günlerini kendisi de takip etmekle yükümlüdür.
- Bildirim gelmediği gerekçesiyle süresi geçen lenslerin kullanılmasından doğan hiçbir olumsuz durumdan geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz.
Veri Doğruluğu
Uygulama, tamamen kullanıcının girdiği verilere dayanarak hesaplama yapar. Hatalı veya eksik girilen verilerden kaynaklanan yanlış hesaplamalar ve bunların sonuçları tamamen kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.
Lens kullanım süreleri ve gün sayaçları hesaplanırken yazılımsal hatalar veya cihaz saat/tarih değişikliklerinden kaynaklanan tutarsızlıklar oluşabilir. Bu tür hesaplama hatalarından geliştirici, kast veya ağır ihmal hariç sorumlu tutulamaz. Kullanıcı, lens değişim tarihlerini bağımsız olarak takip etmekle yükümlüdür.
Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması
Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde; uygulamanın kullanımından, kullanılmamasından, bildirimlerin gecikmesinden ya da olası yazılım hatalarından kaynaklanan her türlü doğrudan veya dolaylı sağlık problemleri, maddi veya manevi zararlar, veri kayıpları dahil olmak üzere Geliştirici, kast veya ağır ihmal hariç hiçbir koşulda sorumlu tutulamaz.
Uygulama geliştiricisi, lens kullanımından doğabilecek göz sağlığı sorunlarından, görme kayıplarından veya diğer tıbbi komplikasyonlardan kast veya ağır ihmal hariç hiçbir koşulda sorumlu tutulamaz.
"Olduğu Gibi" Esası
Bu uygulama, herhangi bir açık veya zımni garanti verilmeksizin "olduğu gibi" (as is) ve "mevcut haliyle" (as available) esasına göre sunulmaktadır. Geliştirici, uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağını, gereksinimlerinizi karşılayacağını veya tespit edilen hataların giderileceğini garanti etmez.
Bölünebilirlik
Bu metnin herhangi bir hükmünün yetkili bir mahkeme tarafından geçersiz veya uygulanamaz bulunması halinde, söz konusu hüküm metinden ayrıştırılır; geri kalan hükümler tam geçerliliğini korumaya devam eder.

Solüsyon / Lens Bakım Sıvısı Tahmini
Solüsyon hacim takibi özelliği yalnızca kaba bir aritmetik tahmindir; girdiğiniz şişe hacmi, açılış tarihi ve günlük kullanım değerleri üzerinden hesaplanır.
- Uygulama solüsyonun gerçek kalan miktarını, son kullanma durumunu veya sterilliğini ölçemez.
- Herhangi bir zamanda solüsyonunuzun kullanıma uygun olduğuna dair hiçbir güvence verilmez.
- Solüsyonu kendiniz kontrol etmeli, üreticinin talimatlarına uymalı ve tereddüt ettiğinizde doktorunuza veya eczacınıza başvurmalısınız.
- Bu tahmini esas alarak alınan her türlü karar tamamen kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.
- Geliştirici, solüsyon kullanımına bağlı herhangi bir zarar, enfeksiyon veya olumsuz sonuçtan sorumlu tutulamaz.
Privacy Policy
Overview
This document explains how your personal data is handled when you use the Lens Takip mobile application (the "Application") and defines the legal boundaries of liability. The application is designed to operate entirely locally, on your device, without any external server communication.
Data Collected and Processed
The application never collects, requests, or processes the following types of data:
- Identity information such as your name, email address, or phone number
- Location data
- Camera or microphone access
- Payment or financial information
Information you enter into the application — such as lens brands, lens types, and stock quantities — is never transmitted to any remote server owned by the developer or by any third party. This data is stored exclusively on your device as personal notes.
Data Storage and Security
- All data is stored exclusively in your device's local database.
- The security of your data is directly tied to the security of your device.
- The application does not require or use an internet connection.
Android Automatic Backup
Depending on your device's Google account settings, the Android operating system may automatically back up application data to Google Drive. This backup process is governed by Google's own privacy policy, and the developer has no control over it whatsoever. This backup may include personal notes you entered into the application, such as lens details, lens usage history, and solution data.
Google Play Store Data Collection
During distribution of the application via the Google Play Store, Google LLC may collect installation statistics and usage data. This information is subject to Google's privacy policy and is not accessible by the developer of this application.
Device Permissions
The following permissions may be requested for the application to function properly:

- No advertising or analytics SDKs are embedded in the application.

Data Deletion and Retention
- Your data is retained on your device for as long as the application is installed and in use.
- Uninstalling the application will permanently and irreversibly delete all stored data.
- You may also delete all your lens and session data at any time from within the application via the Settings screen.
Children's Privacy
This application is intended for users aged 18 and older. Use by children under the age of 18 is not recommended. Since the application does not collect any personal data, it does not constitute a violation of children's privacy. However, as contact lens use is a medical matter, it is strongly recommended that users under the age of 18 operate the application under the supervision of a parent or guardian and in accordance with their physician's guidance.
Data Protection Compliance
The developer has no access to any user data and is not a data controller under applicable data protection laws, including the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). - Improper use of contact lenses — including wearing them beyond their recommended replacement period — can cause serious conditions such as corneal ulcers, severe eye infections, and permanent vision loss. By using this application, the user acknowledges full awareness of these risks.
Limitation of Liability Regarding Reminder Notifications
- This application is intended solely as a convenience reminder tool. It is not an alarm system, a medical alert system, or a safety-critical system of any kind.
- The developer makes no guarantee that notifications will be delivered on time, at all, or in any specific manner.
- Notification delivery may be interrupted or prevented by factors including but not limited to: battery saver mode, background app restrictions, operating system updates, device manufacturer customisations, or software errors.
- Users remain solely and personally responsible for independently tracking their contact lens replacement dates and schedules.
- The developer accepts no liability whatsoever for any harm, injury, or adverse outcome resulting from the continued use of expired lenses due to a missed, delayed, or undelivered notification.
Data Accuracy
All calculations performed by the application are based entirely on data entered by the user. Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in user-entered data may result in incorrect calculations and outputs. The developer accepts no responsibility for such errors. All consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete data entry are entirely the user's responsibility.
Inconsistencies may also arise in lens usage duration and day counter calculations due to software errors or device clock/date changes. The developer cannot be held responsible, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, for such calculation errors. The user is obligated to independently track lens replacement dates.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer cannot be held responsible, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, for any direct or indirect health problems, financial or moral damages, or data losses arising from the use of, inability to use, delayed notifications from, or possible software errors of the application.
The developer cannot be held responsible, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, for any eye health issues, vision loss, or other medical complications that may arise from contact lens use.
Provided "As Is"
This application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. The developer makes no warranty that the application will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be free of errors or bugs, or that any defects will be corrected.
Severability
If any provision of this disclaimer is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of this document without affecting its validity. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Age Restriction

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This disclaimer shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Solution / Lens-Care Fluid Estimate
The solution volume tracking feature is a rough arithmetic estimate only, calculated from the bottle size, opening date, and daily usage values you enter.
- The application cannot measure the actual remaining volume, expiry status, or sterility of your solution.
- The application provides no guarantee that your solution is safe to use at any given time.
- You must check the solution yourself, follow the manufacturer's instructions, and consult your doctor or pharmacist when in doubt.
- Any decision made on the basis of this estimate is entirely the user's own responsibility.
- The developer accepts no liability for any damage, infection, or adverse outcome related to solution use.
